The Deck
Your body is an oracle. Your bones are your physical and energetic foundation. The Energy Archeology Oracle cards are created to help you access the wisdom held in your body. You can use this deck as an oracle deck or as a reference for working with particular parts of your body. It is meant to be a tool supporting embodiment and can be used to learn more about areas that experience discomfort or feel stuck.
The Creator
The Energy Archaeology deck is created by Ashely Stinson and Illustrated by Kelly Finan. Ashley says: "I started life this go-round with trauma. A precipitous traumatic birth, near-death experience, and a few unintegrated reflexes set me up with complex PTSD from age 0. After living a life of dissociation and escape from reality, I finally sought the support and practices I needed to be in my body. I healed through Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. I simultaneously discovered and embodied a gift for feeling, seeing, and working with energy. This deck was created to help you be in relationship with sensation in your body and recognise the guidance inside of yourself."
