The Deck

A Resource for Collective Healing! Melanade Stand's Tarot™ is the world's first real life non-illustrated Tarot Card Deck, that exclusively features WOC and one adorable brown baby girl!

The Creator

Fontaine Felisha Foxworth says: "This deck literally took me out of my first dark night of the soul, by inspiring me to get up, find my light and create some thing profoundly powerful, innovative, and divinatory. Divinely inspired, this deck is apart of my purpose and personal spiritual healing and evolution JourneyAs a black woman humanist, my mission is to empower, uplift, and unite WOC and other marginalised groups, whilst emphasising the importance of self-love, self-expression, and spirituality to all people. Because of the conditioning of black and brown communities, specifically in the urban inner cities of the US, many of us have been led to believe that Tarot is a bad thing, and something we should stay away from. It's similar to the caricaturisation of 'voodoo' in fictionalised Hollywood films for theatrical entertainment and capitalisation. I would like to reverse this way of thinking, and make Tarot more accessible to the people of color to whom its power potential might be innately blocked. "
